4. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring annual basis unless cancelled.
  • Paddle may collect and remit applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) according to your location.
  • Payment details are handled exclusively by Paddle; we do not store your financial information.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive:

  • A download link for the purchased plugin.
  • A license key to activate the plugin and enable updates.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive delivery information.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with a plugin:

  • Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds are not provided for a change of mind or failure to use the product.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Paddle account. Upon cancellation:

  • Your license will remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • After expiry, you will no longer receive updates or support.
