How to get started

Prefer not to type your password? Each agent has a personal login QR code.
- On your website, open your WordPress profile page (Users → Profile).
- Scroll to “Log in to the REMConnect app” and you’ll see your QR code.
- In the app, tap Scan QR code on the Connect screen and point your camera at it.

Is REM Connect free?
Yes. The app is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases. It requires an account on a website that runs the Real Estate Manager plugin.
The app says “This site has disabled access for applications.” What do I do?
The site owner needs to enable Mobile App Access under Real Estate Manager → Settings → Advanced Settings, then save.
Can I manage more than one website?
Yes. Connect as many REM-powered sites as you like and switch between them from the Manage Websites screen.
Do my changes appear on my website?
Instantly. The app and your website share the same data through a secure connection.
Is my login secure?
Yes. Sign-in uses your existing site credentials or a short-lived, single-use QR token. Your password is never shared with any third party.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad (iOS 13+) and Android phones and tablets (Android 6.0+).
