A note for freelancers and creative agencies
The Single Site licence covers exactly the situation most freelancers start in: building one website for one client. You can charge that client whatever you like for your design and integration work, and you can include the plugin in the project. That is normal use.
Once you are building for several clients, the 5 Sites and 20 Sites bundles are made for you. Each separate website counts as one site against your licence, and buying in bulk brings the cost per site right down. Five single licences would run to $245, while the 5 Sites bundle is $179. Twenty single licences would be $980, while the 20 Sites bundle is $599. That is real money saved on a portfolio of property sites.

Every purchase comes with a 14 day money back guarantee. If the plugin does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, just email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full through Paddle. In more than eight years of selling this plugin we have issued only a handful of refunds, because we would rather ship a fix than lose a customer. Paddle processes the payment and the refund, so your card details are never stored by us.

Is there a recurring fee?
No. Every plan is a one time payment. After you buy, the plugin is yours, with lifetime updates included. There is nothing to renew.
How many sites does each licence cover?
Single Site covers 1 website, the 5 Sites licence covers 5, and the 20 Sites licence covers 20. Each separate live website counts as one site. A staging or local copy of the same site does not count against your total.
What about VAT or sales tax?
All prices on this page are in USD and shown before tax. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it calculates and adds VAT, GST or local sales tax at checkout based on your billing country. What you pay at the end depends on your local rules.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout runs through Paddle, which accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and regional wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where they are available in your country.
Can I upgrade from the free version?
Yes. Install Real Estate Manager Pro on top of your existing setup and your listings, custom fields and settings carry over. We keep the database schema compatible across versions specifically so this transition stays painless.

What happens when my support period ends?
The plugin keeps working forever and you keep getting lifetime updates. Only direct one on one support has a time limit, which is 6 months on Single Site and 12 months on the 5 Sites and 20 Sites plans.
