A note for freelancers and creative agencies
The Regular Licence covers exactly the situation most freelancers and agencies are in: building one website for one client. You can charge that client whatever you like for your design and integration work, and you can include the plugin in the project. That’s normal use.
What you can’t do is reuse the same licence on a second client’s project. Each separate end product needs its own licence. If you’re building five real estate sites for five different clients, you’ll need five licences — and at $49 each, that’s still cheaper than most monthly SaaS alternatives.

Refund policy

Do I need a separate licence for each website I run?
Yes. Envato’s Regular Licence is per “end product”, which usually means one website / one client. If you operate three separate property portals, you’ll need three licences.
What about VAT or sales tax?
Envato calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax automatically at checkout based on your billing country. The $49 figure on this page is the base licence price; what you pay depends on local rules.
Can I upgrade from the free version?

What happens when my 6 months of support expire?
The plugin keeps working forever, and you keep getting lifetime updates. Only direct one-on-one support has the time limit. You can extend support to 12 months at checkout, or buy an extension later from your CodeCanyon downloads page.
Are there ever discounts?
