Property Settings
These settings are regarding the overall listing options. You can access them from Real Estate Manager -> Settings -> Property Settings.
Area Unit
Here you can provide area units for properties. It can be used for area fields, as well as all fields having the area words in their data name. You can markup the area unit also, subscript and superscript tags are also supported. Examples
- Sq Ft
- M<sup>2</sup> (It will render as M2)
- <sup>2</sup>Ft (It will render as 2Ft)
Excerpt Length
Excerpt of content is displayed on the listings archive. You can define the number of words here.
Property Features
You can provide custom property features here (each per line) and they will display checkboxes in the property edit screen. By default, the following are available
- Attic
- Gas Heat
- Balcony
- Wine Cellar
- Basketball Court
- Trash Compactors
- Fireplace
- Pool
- Lake View
- Solar Heat
- Separate Shower
- Wet Bar
- Remodeled

Admin Filtering
Here you can define the fields which you want to enable in the admin property listings screen for filtering. Make sure the data names you provide for the fields are Dropdown fields.
Admin Columns
Here you can provide field names to enable them in the admin columns to display related data. Let say you provide the following fields
property_status
property_area
It will render as
Admin Bulk and Quick Edit
The field names provided here will enable those fields in the quick and bulk edit menu. Make sure those fields also exist in the admin columns. Let’s say you provide
property_status
property_area
It will display them when editing bulk listings
Energy Efficiency
Enabling this will display energy-related fields when creating/editing listings and will also display energy graphs on the frontend.
