Assign Multiple Agents to a Property Listing
Some listings belong to more than one person. Real Estate Manager lets you assign multiple agents to a single property, so a co-listing or a team effort is credited properly. Each property has a main author, which only admins can change, plus an Additional Agents list where you tick everyone else involved. Every agent you add gets their card on the listing, and the property shows up on their profile too.
What are additional agents?
Every listing in Real Estate Manager has one main author, the primary agent shown in the Author box. To protect your data, only administrators can change that main author. Alongside it sits the Additional Agents box, a simple checklist of your other agents. Tick anyone who is also working the listing, whether that is a co-listing partner, a junior agent, or a whole team, and they are linked to the property instantly.
How to assign agents to a listing
- Open the property in the WordPress editor.
- In the Author box, set the main agent. Only administrators can change this.
- Find the Additional Agents box in the sidebar.
- Tick every other agent who should be linked to this listing.
- Update the property, and the additional agents are connected right away.
You can add as many additional agents as the listing needs, and change them any time.
