Key features

Your RealWorks data, your WordPress site, automatically aligned

The RealWorks API addon links your makelaar back office directly to your public website. Property data flows from RealWorks into Real Estate Manager on a schedule you control, with dynamic field mapping that puts the right information in the right place every single time.

Direct RealWorks API connection

A secure connection between your RealWorks account and your WordPress site, set up once with your API credentials. From that moment on, properties move automatically between the two systems with no manual work.

Dynamic field mapping

Map any RealWorks field to any Real Estate Manager field, including default fields and the custom fields you have built. Your titles, descriptions, prices, and property meta all populate exactly where you want them on every listing.

Scheduled automatic imports

Set how often the addon checks RealWorks for new and updated listings. Once configured, the sync runs in the background, so your website stays current without anyone in your office having to lift a finger.

Full property content import

Photos, addresses, prices, descriptions, surface area, bedrooms, energy labels, and the rest of the standard property data all transfer across. Your website listing looks complete from the moment RealWorks creates the record.

Built for Dutch real estate agencies

Designed for makelaars and rental agencies already running their business through RealWorks. The addon fits naturally into your existing workflow, complementing the data you already send to Funda and other property portals.

Secure credential storage

Your RealWorks API credentials are stored securely inside WordPress with proper encryption. The connection between the two platforms uses authenticated, encrypted requests, so your portfolio data stays private throughout the sync.

Why it matters

Your CRM is the source of truth. Your website should follow it.

If your agency runs on RealWorks, every property your team handles already lives in one system, with all the photos, prices, descriptions, and details entered once by someone who knows the property best. Then comes the second job: copying everything across to your WordPress website, hoping nothing gets missed, and going back to update it every time something changes. It is hours of work every week for a job that should not exist.

The RealWorks API addon makes that second job disappear. Properties live in RealWorks, the system your team already knows, and flow automatically to your website. Every field lands where you want it through dynamic mapping, every change syncs on schedule, and your website always reflects what is actually for sale or for rent. Your team gets their time back, and your website never falls behind your real listings.

FAQs

Do I need a RealWorks account to use this addon?

Yes. The addon connects your WordPress site to your existing RealWorks account, so you need an active RealWorks subscription with API access before installing. Once you have your credentials, the addon handles authentication and sync automatically.

How does field mapping work?

Inside the addon settings you choose which RealWorks fields populate which Real Estate Manager fields, including titles, descriptions, prices, and any custom fields you have built. Map once and every imported property follows your structure. You can change the mapping anytime without breaking already imported listings.

How often does the addon check for updates?

You control the schedule. Set imports to run hourly, daily, or at the interval that matches how often your RealWorks data changes. The addon runs the sync in the background using WordPress cron, so it works whether you are at your desk or not.

Is this for sale properties, rentals, or both?

Both. Whether your agency handles sales, lettings, or a mix of the two, the addon imports whatever your RealWorks account contains. Most Dutch agencies use it for both their koop and huur portfolios.
