Key features

Forms that adapt to every property type

The Conditional Fields addon adds an intelligent show-and-hide layer to every field in Real Estate Manager. Fields appear only when they make sense, on both submission forms and search filters, with zero code required.

Dynamic field visibility

Show or hide any property field based on what the user selects. Pick a property type and only the fields that match appear, instantly and smoothly.

Smarter submission forms

Agents and sellers fill out forms tailored to their property type. No more wading past commercial-only fields when listing a family apartment, and no missing data when listing a warehouse.

Cleaner search filters

Buyers only see the search options that apply to their chosen category. Pick “Apartment” and floor number appears; pick “Land” and lot size takes its place. Search feels effortless instead of overwhelming.

Multiple conditions per field

Stack as many conditions as you need on a single field, with full control over whether ALL of them must match or just ANY. Powerful logic without writing a single line of code.

Works with every field type

Apply conditions across default fields, custom fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, multi-checkboxes, and radio buttons. Everything in your Real Estate Manager field builder is fair game.

Admin friendly setup

Configure conditions directly inside the existing Property Fields menu with checkboxes and dropdowns. If you can build a form, you can make it conditional in under a minute.

Why it matters

Long forms are the silent killer of property submissions

The longer a form looks, the fewer people finish it. That is true for every kind of website, but it hurts real estate listings especially hard, because a property submission form has to cover apartments, houses, commercial space, land, and rentals all at once. Asking every visitor about lot size, building amenities, and floor count even when most of those fields do not apply to their property is the fastest way to lose listings.

The Conditional Fields addon fixes that without removing any of your data. Visitors only see the fields that match what they are submitting or searching for. Choose “Office” as the property type and office-relevant fields appear. Choose “Apartment” and they vanish, replaced by the right ones. Forms feel half as long even though every field is still available, and your data stays accurate because nobody is filling out the wrong section.

FAQs

Can I set multiple conditions on a single field?

Yes. You can stack as many conditions as you need on any field, and you choose whether ALL of them must match before the field shows or just ANY of them. This gives you precise control over even the most specific property scenarios without ever needing to write code.

Does the addon work on both submission and search forms?

Yes. Every condition you set applies to both the property submission form and the front-end search form. This means your agents see context-aware fields when listing properties, and your visitors see context-aware filters when searching for them.

Will it work with my custom fields?

es. Any field you have built using the Real Estate Manager field builder can be used as a condition trigger or as a conditional field itself. Default fields like property type and status work the same way, so you can mix and match freely.

Will using conditional fields slow down my forms?

The opposite, in practice. By hiding irrelevant fields, the addon makes forms feel shorter, lighter, and faster for visitors. The conditional logic runs entirely in the browser with no extra server requests, so there is no performance hit on your site.
